Skills for cut different glass with glass cutter wheel
1. with a glass knife cut 2-3m thick flat glass
Cut a 2 - 3m thick flat glass can be 2mm × 12mm thin wooden ruler, first volume glass scale, cut out the scale in the ruler, to consider leaving 3mm gap and 2mm blade. standard side of ruler get close to the glass side when cutting. Glass knife close to the other end of ruler, grasp the knife edge straight to the withdrawal cutting , can not have the severity of twists and turns.

2. with a glass cutting wheel cut 4-6mm thick glass
Cut 4-6mm thick glass approach roughly the same as above, but due to it's thick glass, cutting should to grasp accurately, holding steady, with equally strength. There is also another cut method,use 4mm × 50mm ruler. glass cutting wheel get close to ruler and cut. brush some kerosene in the cut  before cutting, so that after cutting the mouth of oil leakage easy to pull off.

3.with a glass cutter cut 5-6mm thick glass
Cut 5-6mm thick piece of glass and 5mm × 40mm ruler cut the same way. But a large glass area, people can not cut on the ground, and sometimes need to stand on the glass cut, cut must be in the table with mat velvet, to make the glass with uniform pressure, hold the needed glass after cut , use a equal force to pull off, must be careful, and pull off a integral glass.

4.with glass cutter cut wire glass
Cut wire glass with the approach method of 5 to 6mm flat glass, but the folder wire glass cut surface uneven, the cut is difficult to control, and thus to recognize the blade,holding the knife head, harder power than usual glass , also the speed should be faster, so it will not appear twists and turns,and keep straight.

5.use glass cutting wheel cut embossed glass
with glass knife cut embossed glass, embossed surface should be down, cut the same way as folder wire glass.

6.use glass cutter cut frosted glass
With a glass knife cut frosted glass, matte side should be down, cut approach is the same as flat glass.
